As part of our Common Core Animal Unit, we have been working on researching different animals (tigers, lions, bear, deer, bats, owls, etc) in Science. Now, the kids are starting working on writing their first reports on the animal of their choice. We used the ipad cart to do some fun researching on the Sandiego Zoo's kid page. That website is chocked full of cool animal pictures, video cams, interesting facts, and useful info! Can you tell by the pictures that the kids were LOVING having their own ipad to use?!!!
